Woodside Hills Homes Association 2025 Annual Meeting February 4, 2025 at 7:30pm in Independence Hall
Dear Members, The 2025 WHHA Annual Meeting is scheduled for February 4th at 7:30pm in Independence Hall in Woodside town center. This year's meeting provides an opportunity to hear from the Board on topics ranging from how your Assessment Dues will be spent to Emergency Preparedness initiatives. Your vote is required to ensure the reelection of two Directors and the election of two new Directors to serve on your volunteer Board. There will also be the opportunity for you to voice your questions or concerns directly to the Board. Please plan on attending.
In 2025, we will continue to depend on PayHOA (Owner portal), our tool for managing the Annual Assessment collection, communications and surveys. The majority of households are using PayHOA to pay dues and receive communications from the Board. If you have not yet successfully logged in to your PayHOA account, please contact the Treasurer at [email protected] for instructions on how to gain access.
