Woodside Hills Homes Association

Woodside Hills is a community of 252 homes located in the Town of Woodside on the San Francisco Peninsula. The homes are situated on minimum one-acre lots, many with views of San Francisco Bay. A homeowners association created by the Convenents, Conditions and Restrictions (C, C & R's) governs such matters as land use and architectural design. The Association also manages the gardening care of the 28 traffic islands. There are two annual events- the Annual Meeting in late January and a "Meet Your Neighbor" Party in late September.
