Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions (CC&Rs)
Woodside Hills was developed in seven separate Units. Each has its own CC&Rs which are mutually similar but not identical. When each owner purchases their property, they agree to abide by the terms of the CC&Rs. The CC&Rs for Units 1, 2, 6 and 7 were amended in late 2007 and early 2008. The amendments synchronized the amendment dates and shortened the period before next allowable amendment to eight years for all units but 3, 4 and 5. The CC&Rs are on file at the County Recorders office in Redwood City. The table below lists the location at the Recorder's Office for each document. Also listed are the locations of the amendments made in 2007/8 to the Unit 1, 2, 6 and 7 CC&Rs.

Listed below are CC&Rs for Units 1, 3 and 7. Unit 2 is the same as Unit 1 except for the first two paragraphs.. Likewise Unit 6 is the same as Unit 7 except for the same paragraphs. Units 4 and 5 are similar to Unit 3 which has not yet been amended. These "PDF" format documents have been converted to electronic form by OCR readers which can introduce errors. While we believe they are substantially accurate, a copy, with amendments, obtained from the County Recorder's office at the locations above should be considered to be the only accurate copy.
